I was in Baba's band for almost 2yrs (1986/87). His musical director, Suru Ekeh, saw me playing Jazz on the streets of NYC.
Most of Baba's concerts were in NYC, but sometimes we'd fly somewhere.
This gig was a week long thing in Big Sur. No $...but food, room and board and all the naked hippie chicks you could handle.
